Holmes Pantoja has converted his passion into the noble profession of Mountain Guide and has been guiding mountains professionally since 1997. He has made numerous ascents in the Andes including Alpamayo (Ferrari route, Basque-French route), both the South and North Summits of Huascarán, Ranrapalca, Shacsha, Mururaju and many others He has more than 15 summits in  mount Aconcagua for diferents routes . Holmes was traveling and climbing in  diferents part of the world : Peru, Ecuador ,Venezuela , Colombia , Bolivia , Chile ,Argentina , Slovenia , Italy , France, Spain, Etc.

Julver has more than 12 years of experience in adventure tourism and mountaineering, member of the UIAGM and AGMP, recommended in LONELY PLANET and FOOTPRINT handbooks, also he has experience in hard access Works in the Peruvian jungle in seismic projects.

Felix has great experience as a mountain guide, he is an active member of the Peruvian Guides Association and affiliated with the UIAGM.

He works every summer in the Cordilleras Blanca and the Huayhuash and in the Swiss Alps in the winter time.

Mountains he has ascended include Alpamayo, Huascasran, Quitaraju, Ranrapalca and Huayana Potosi (Bolivia). He has also made several ski descents of the glaciers of Tocclaraju, Ishinca, Valunaraju, Pisco and Copa.

Carlos is a member of Peruvian Mountain Guide Association AGMP and fully affiliated to the UIAGM / IFMGA (International Federation of Mountain Guide Associations).
Carlos spent most of his childhood together with his father working in the truism industry; witch inspired him to be a Mountain Guide. He guides mountains expeditions and trekking around of the Andes and when he is not working, he spends time traveling in other countries or in Huaraz - Peru climbing mountains, rock and ice just for himself. In 2 000 he was with National Geographic Society Expedition in "SOURCES OF THE AMAZON" and in 2 004 – 2 005 he was guiding to the Peruvian National Television in a documental "CHALLENGE IN THE ANDES".
He says:
"For me the mountains are synonym of adventures, where I look for the happiness that rises with summit of each mountain, where always I find something new to learn and I think is the place wheregets better who wants to be better"..

He has more than 15 years experience working in adventure tourism. Initially he worked as a porter, a high mountain cook, then as an assistant guide, and now for 5 years as a high mountain guide. He is a member of the Association of Peruvian Mountain Guides and UIAGM. He speaks English (intermediate level), and have completed many of the classic treks and summits in the Cordillera Blanca; such as Huascaran, Alpamayo, Artesonraju, Chopicalqui and others.

Tom has been mountaineering since 1995. An optimist in his work, he is a person that tries to resolve problems in any situation and his warmth and kind treatment has meant that he is well remembered byhis clients.

Ario has extensive professional experience relating to kayaking and his has been part of numerous expeditions in the United Sates, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Africa.

He is also an aspirant mountain guide currently studyinf for the UIAGM qualification.
